SHIPPING POLICY

1. Service Delivery Overview

  • This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery practices of SMARTBRIDGE PORTAL in relation to products and services offered through https://hyyatserv.com.

  • SMARTBRIDGE PORTAL primarily provides digital services, including website hosting, design, development, maintenance, and technical support. In limited cases, physical materials or documents may be delivered where explicitly agreed

2. Provisioning Timeline

We aim for the fastest possible deployment of your services. Typical activation times after payment confirmation are as follows:

  • Shared & WordPress Hosting: Instant activation.
  • Business Email: Instant activation.
  • Domain Names: Instant registration (Note: DNS propagation can take 24–48 hours).
  • Reseller Hosting: Activated within 1 to 3 hours.
  • VPS Hosting: Provisioning typically takes 1 to 6 hours depending on configuration.

3. Delivery Method

Once your order is processed, HyyatServ will send a “Welcome Email” containing:

  • Control Panel login credentials (cPanel/Plesk).
  • FTP and Mail server details.
  • Nameserver information for domain pointing.
  • Access links to the Client Area and billing portal.

4. Security & Fraud Review

  • To ensure the security of our network, some orders may be subject to manual review. If your order is flagged by our automated fraud prevention system, delivery may be delayed until verified by our billing department.

5. Non-Receipt of Services

  • If you have not received your login details within the specified timeframe, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If the details are not found, please contact our support team at info@hyyatserv.com or open a ticket through the HyyatServ Client Portal.

 

6. Important Note on Domains

  • While the “delivery” of a domain is instant, the visibility of your website depends on global ISP updates (Propagation). HyyatServ has no control over the speed of this global process.
